Swedish "Classic" Massage
30 min - $40 | 60 min - $65 | 90 min - $90 | 120 min - $120
This technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish, aka "Classic", massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.
Swedish massage can loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising. It can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their lower back, shoulders, and neck.
Your therapist will use a variety of techniques including long gentle strokes, deep circular movements, kneading, and passive joint movements. These techniques are meant to relax you, stimulate nerve endings, and increase blood flow and lymph drainage. The pressure of this massage will always stay within your comfort range.
A traditional Swedish massage involves the whole body (60 minutes or more). You will begin on either your back or your stomach and flip over at the halfway point. If these positions aren't available for your body, massage can also be performed in a side-lying position.
Aromatherapy included.
Deep Tissue Massage
30 min - $50 | 60 min - $80 | 90 min - $110 | 120 min - $145
Deep Tissue Massage is a blend of therapeutic techniques that focus on reaching deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It involves applying firm pressure & slow strokes to release chronic tension, break down scar tissue, and address specific musculoskeletal issues. It is effective for reducing pain & inflammation, improving mobility, reducing stress & anxiety, and enhancing range-of-motion.
To ensure the muscles and tissues are properly warmed up, this session will begin similarly to a Swedish "Classic" Massage, building gradually to include soft tissue release, cross fiber friction, trigger point therapy, range of motion with pin & stripping of the focal adhesions, and/or myofascial release. Your therapist may use thumbs, a reinforced thumb, knuckles, forearms, or elbows to deliver the pressure needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Deep tissue massage is often described as "hurts so good". However, if you experience pain beyond your preference/threshold, you should immediately verbally communicate this to your therapist.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: People with blood clotting disorders or with an increased risk of bone fractures (especially osteoporosis) should check with their doctor before receiving a deep tissue massage. Other possible risks include bruising, aggravation of previous injuries, and nerve lesions.
Aromatherapy included.

Medical Massage
45 min - $80 | 60 min - $95 | 90 min - $125
These sessions are part in-depth assessment/evaluation + hands-on massage.
Medical massage is a type of therapy focused on addressing specific conditions, injuries, or musculoskeletal issues. Goals include reducing pain, improving flexibility & range-of-motion, enhancing circulation, and supporting the body’s natural healing process. It involves a more outcome-oriented approach as we target the root causes of pain and discomfort, as well as measure, record & track your progress.
Medical massage can complement conventional medical treatments and may be recommended for individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain conditions, preparing for or recovering from surgery, or seeking relief from specific musculoskeletal issues. Rather than a full body treatment, this session is specifically oriented to the region of the body requiring assistance.
At the start of your session we will take measurements & notes on the area to be addressed in order to track your progress. (approx 15 min) The remainder of your session is hand-on massage. Depending on your goals, you should ideally plan to have treatments scheduled regularly. (Once a week, every other week, or monthly.)
If your condition is severe or recent, please speak with your doctor before receiving a massage.
Prenatal (Pregnancy) Massage
60 min - $65 | 90 min - $90
Mama is cradled, cushioned, and supported with many pillows, allowing for massage in a side-lying position. The intention of this session is to gently relax tense muscles, soothe sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and truly to help mama feel relief.
